IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The suite is located within our home but has a separate exterior entrance for guest privacy.

For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security devices are in use. A Ring doorbell monitors the main house entrance, and security cameras are mounted on the exterior front of the home and exterior of the garage. No cameras monitor interior guest spaces.

Please note that the property is located on a main street with convenient access to Downtown Houston and nearby attractions. As Houston continues to grow and develop, guests may occasionally experience traffic noise and daytime construction activity in the surrounding area.

HOUSE RULE HIGHLIGHTS

• No parties or events
• No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or tobacco products anywhere on the property
• A $250 smoke remediation fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
