⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved, trained, attanded, and leashed at all times. Dispose of pet waste properly. Ensure you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking indoors (balcony/outdoor only)
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises (Use designated side; leave contact if blocking) or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. Trash pickup Thursday — place bins out Wednesday night.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Please do not use the bottom/deadbolt lock on the door to avoid access issues. If the deadbolt is used and we need to send someone to unlock the door, a service fee will apply.
▪️ Patio cushions must be brought indoors when not in use
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies stated above is violated.
