Suite 12 is known as ‘Blue Bayou’, as it is accented with rich sapphire hues and copper accents is a large open concept space perfect for 2 guests, 3rd guest allow with extra fee queen bed & Day bed. We are centrally located in one of Houston's most up-and-coming neighborhoods, Houston mid-town, walking distance to lots of unique cafes, restaurants, shops 1-2 minutes walk. Our location is unbeatable near Downtown, Texas Medical Center, Sports Stadiums, most Universities, Museums and many more!
The space
Suite 12 offers modern amenities, including, WIFI, Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Office Desk, fully equipped kitchenette which includes, coffee, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, pots/pans paper towels, dish soap, salt & pepper, and yummy FREE snacks!

Bedroom queen bed, this unit can sleep 3 guest as we have a very comfy Day bed be sure to add extra guest to reservation or you can use as a sofa. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and makeup remover wipes.

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is we centrally located. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!

Guest access
We use Smart Locks through an App called August Home for easy and convenient access to your studio with your cell phone. or Smart Key Pad When you book with us you will automatically get an invitation to download the August Home App or when possible be given access to Smart Key Pad This App or Key sets you up with a virtual key to open or lock to your Studio with your cell phone/Key Pad you will need the code given to you upon arrival and during your stay.

Lastly, we do have an actual key. Please ask for the lockbox code to get the key. There is a $50 FEE for lost keys.
*The physical key is rarely to be given access to it, this is just in case of an electrical outage or other technical issues.*
Other things to note
The studio comfortably accommodates 3 guests with a queen bed and a day bed extra pillow, remember to add the extra guest to reservation for a $25 fee for 3rd guest sheets, and blankets are provided.
