Queen size bed, large closet, leather sofa with recliners, wall mounted smart TV, dining table/chairs, full kitchen with full size new fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, full size bathroom, and a lot more. Washer and dryer are coin operated on the first floor.
Guest access
Entire place. Dishes, mugs, utensils, and coffee machine are provided. Pots and pans are limited.
Other things to note
Recent sharp jump in electricity rates require that we put a limit of $5/day on electricity ($150/month), which is average. The main consumption is the central AC/heater. The stove/oven is gas which is very efficient. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the AC/heater when leaving the apartment for more than an hour. Guests pay for electricity above $50/day.
