We stayed here this past weekend. Upon arrival, we were greeted and offered a complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch and made check-in feel welcoming.
The hotel itself is located on a road you cant drive on, but you have to pull around the corner to access valet. Unfortunately, the valet staff weren’t very friendly and seemed hesitant to even provide a luggage cart, which was a bit off-putting.
Like several other reviews mentioned, the room was quite small. There was no refrigerator, safe, or traditional closet—just a few wall hooks for hanging items. That said, the AC worked well (though it cycled on and off frequently), and the shower and bathroom amenities were excellent. A nice bonus was the locker area outside the elevator with extra pillows and blankets available for guests.
One major thing we were not warned about: the hotel is situated between two bars, and the music at night was extremely loud from around 9 PM until about 3 AM. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is definitely something to consider.
Overall, the stay wasn’t awful, but it also wasn’t my favorite Marriott property. There were some nice touches, but a few drawbacks would make me hesitant to stay again.
