Inside the Apartment:
-Living Room: Cozy space with a queen-size sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV (guests must log in with their own streaming accounts), and boho-modern decor.
-Bedrooms: Two queen beds, soft linens, wall-mounted Smart TVs (requires guest login for streaming), and closet space.
-Bathroom: Clean and modern with a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and toiletries.
-Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area for six.

-Shared Backyard (First-Come, First-Serve):
1. Wooden deck with seating.
2. Stock tank pool (closed during winter).
3. Wood fire pit (logs not provided).
4. Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).

Guest Access & Communication:
-Guests have full access to the apartment. The backyard is shared, so please respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). If you need assistance, message me via the app—I respond quickly during normal hours. Urgent matters can be addressed via call or text.

Additional Info:
-No parties or large gatherings (penalty fees apply).
-Max 6 guests (extra guests, including visitors & children, incur a $100 fee per person).
-Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed (pet fee applies, notify in advance).
-Check-out at 11 AM (late check-out $10 per hour, approval required).
