● Smart smoke detectors are installed
● Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal
Noise
● Low Noise Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
● Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home
● Devices do not record audio
● Sustained noise over 85 dB inside the home for 5+ minutes triggers alerts to the guests promptly to keep it low
● Repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal

PARKING

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

PET POLICY AND FEES
✔ NO PETS at all times.
✔ Failure to follow will result in an additional Fine of $500+ and/or cancellation of your reservation immediately.
AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
Primary booking guests must be 22+
- Guests between 18-22 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only)
- All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in
Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement/house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
