"This is a nice facility near the beach. It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places...

"This property was nice/beautiful because of the fishing pier & view. However, it was quite challenging getting time on the end of the pier since the upper unit was rented at the same time as our unit. (We didn’t read everything in the description prior to booking.) I would recommend renting both units so this isn’t an issue. Aurora was fantastic at communicating with us & very friendly.
