"This is a nice facility near the beach. It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places...

"This was a beautiful, clean new property. We enjoyed having plenty of space and ofcourse loved being on the water. The location ended up being perfect for all ages and a lot to do. We appreciated the quick response from owners of any questions that arose but it was very easy to navigate and the house instructions were very clear. Overall everyone thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this property and hope to return one day!"
