Other things to note
• Please remove your shoes while inside the home to help us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.

• Basketball, pickleball equipment, and yard games are stored in the backyard storage shed for guest use.

• Pool floaties, beach towels, and patio pillow cushions are located in the outdoor storage cabinet/shed.

• Bedding for the Queen sofa bed in the upstairs family/game room is stored in the hall closet.

• Bedding for the Queen Murphy bed in the downstairs office is stored in the downstairs hall closet.

• The home is centrally located, approximately 30 minutes from major stadiums and arenas, making it an easy base for sporting events, concerts and group outings.

• The property comfortably sleeps up to 16 registered guests only. Please, no additional guests without prior approval.

• The pool is not heated and there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. - PLEASE NO GLASS BY THE POOL.

• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe evening quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am), especially when enjoying outdoor spaces.
