General Rules:
No loud music at all times. Do not allow bringing speakers in this property.
No eating and drinking on the bedrooms.
No using bath towels to clean anything that leave stains on the towels.
No moving furniture, fixtures and equipment around or out of the house.
No touching, covering, directing the outside security cameras.
QUIET HOURS FROM 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM - PLEASE BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' REST!

Pool Rules:
To use the pool, you need to sign the owner's removed liability for using the pool, which stated that the owner has no responsibility for any accidents at the pool area including the pool deck.
1. NO LOUD MUSIC, NO SCREAMING, NO DIVING AT ALL TIMES - PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' REST
2. NEVER SIT OR WALK ON THE TOP OF THE POOL WALL
3. NO EATING, DRINKING, SMOKING IN THE POOL
4. NO PUTTING ANY SHARP OBLECTS INCLUDING BEER CAPS INTO THE POOL (THEY CAN CUT THE POOL LINNER MAKING THE POOL LEAK)
5. WATCH YOUR KIDS; NEVER LET YOUR KID ALONE AT THE POOL AREA.
We do not provide any guards for the pool. Thus, using the pool is taking your own risk.

PET RULES:
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SOFAS AND BEDS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS INCLUDING PETS' SUPPLIES AND CLEANING PETS' HAIRS
IF YOU HAVE THE SERVICE OR EMOTIONAL ANIMALS, YOU STILL NEED TO PUT THEM INTO YOUR RESERVATION AS PETS WITHOUT TELLING US ABOUT THEM, AND AFTER BOOKING, PLEASE SEND US THE PROOF OF SERVICE ANIMAL. WE WILL MAKE THE EXAMPTION - PET FEE REFUNDED (NO CHARGE ON SERVICE AND EMOTIONAL ANIMAL).
Violation of house rules will be charged at least $200 depending on the violation.
