Welcome to The Italian Plaza and the Venice unit, a unique modern and stylish experience in the heart of Montrose.

Enjoy a spacious and fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath, with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry area, working station (high-speed WIFI) and outdoor patio inside a gated and safe community!

The unit provides easy access to public transportation and major highways, and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Your unit is located in the rear of the property, through a gated fence, on the ground level on the right.

Early check-in offered for free upon availability, however cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival, pending completion of cleaning.

Nearby, you will find many cafes and restaurants.

Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 10 minutes from downtown and Galleria.

Check-in :
walk to the smart- lock on the fenced gate.
IMPORTANT: the gate is not self-locking, so you need to lock it manually.
When leaving the property, push and hold the lock button for a second.

The Venice unit is located on the first floor on the left of the patio.
When leaving the unit, you need to push the lock button to close the smart locks.

The property is conveniently located in the Montrose area close to Midtown. Easy access to highway 69 and restaurants at walking distance.

Parking is shared with the other units, and we have 3 total spots. One on the white gravel, two side by side at the end of the property by the rear gate. Oversized cars as large trucks or campers/RVs will not fit the parking spots and must be parked elsewhere.
Guests without spots can street park on Elsbury or the nearby Jack street

We kindly ask not to park on Monday on Elsbury as the trash truck will have to drive by.

Trash bins are on Elsbury street, in front of the Tuscany unit.
NO SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the shared patio.
If smoke is detected in the house at the time of cleaning, there will be a fine of $250 to cover the advanced cleaning and air treatment necessary to restore a healthy environment.

PARKING:
We offer three complementary parking spots in the back of the unit, for all the guests. First come first serve.. If you do not find a spot in the back, please street park on Jack street (2 min walk away).
NEVER block other cars parked in the back or block the driveway, we rather avoid your car being towed, sorry.

PETS:
We love dogs 🐶 ❤️!
However, they also have to comply with some house rules.
They should stay on leash, and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after them.
Also, if we receive multiple reports of barking or loud dogs from other guests, we will, unfortunately, be forced to ask to leave the premises.
A partial refund will be provided based on the length of the stay if more than 3 days.
