Guest access: The home is entirely yours and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. You have access to the fenced in backyard.
Other things to note: There is a train track in front of the house. However is does not run often. The house is newly updated and street noise is minimal to none. Sound machine included for those who wish to use it.
