Place was great. Had all of the amenities you could need. Very clean. Location a little suspect. Would definitely stay here again.

Houston Rodeo Cook off

It was a great place to stay. Very close to the Bar-B-Que. We took the back roads everywhere and never got into to much traffic. Place was super clean and had everything you needed. The hots were on top of things and communicated great with us!!!

Nice Houston townhouse

Went to Houston to watch baseball. The home is beautifully appointed and reasonably close to downtown and Minute Maid field. Communication with host was excellent and the property is just as described. Definitely would rent this property again next time we’re in Houston.

Perfect Lil Gem

Hosts were great at communicating! The area may look a lil dense, but its a great location to all the hot spots (food, lounges, shopping) and the house was nice- be prepared for stairs though! Overall perfect place to turn ya head in, for a small getaway with friends.

Great stay!

The townhouse itself is big and new enough for family stay - car garage on first floor, stair is a bit steep to 2nd floor and 3rd floor, so be mindful if you have senior in your group. 2nd floor has living, kitchen and a bedroom wiht queen bed and full bathroom. But we didn't even use the bedroom on 2nd as the 3rd floor has master bedroom with a king and a spectacular master bath; and a 2nd bedroom with 2 full bed and its own full bath, great for my 2 daughters. The house is still new and the kitchen if very functional. Note there is an accidental insurance at the end of booking you either need to buy or a few k deposit that is with a disclaimer that it may not be returned fully. But even with that I think the house is worth of its cost. I think the house is big enough for one big group or 2 small families or 3 couples/firends. 2 things I want to be mindful of: 1) the neiborhood is transitioning from an old neighborhood to new one, old houses are apprently deteriorating and new ones are being built. The night I arrived, as soon as we turned to the neighborhood I saw an intersting man walking by the street that scared me a bit; then for the 3 nights I stayed there, I experienced twice some night noises - on first night it was a car passing on the street with loud music followed by a dog barking for 20 minutes, that was around 1:30am; and 3rd night there were at least twice car passing by with loud music, they paraded the street slowly, that was also byong 12:30am. This is the main reason I minus a star from the rating. 2) where the house is located is not close to restaurants, at least asian food we favor, I had to drive ~10-15 mins to pick up our dinner, not a big deal since we have a car. Overall, the house is clean, very functional. I'd wait for the neighborhood to be fully transitioned to come back though, but that just because I have 2 daughters and am on over-cautious side about safety.

Great place

In town for NCAA Final Four with a couple buddies. Great place. Really nice and well put together. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. If back in Houston would definitely stay again. 👍👍👌👌

Conveniently located

My girlfriends and I traveled to visit a bunch of restaurants and eateries in Houston and this house was perfectly located 15 mins or less away from every location we wanted to visit. The host made it very easy to contact them. Enjoyed every minute of my trip!

Great Place & Wonderful Host

The town home was lovely, we were all so pleased and loved the stay. It was all beautiful. Worked well for our weekend getaway with family and friends. Nice and clean, beds were comfortable.

We’re coming back!!

I really enjoyed staying here! The home was absolutely beautiful. The beds we extra comfy. The showers were amazing after a day in the Texas heat lol😩 The kitchen was gorgeous and spacious. The location was near most of the things we wanted to do, with quick access to the highway about 3/4 min drive to the interstate. There is some construction going on near the property but we weren’t bothered by it. The host was very helpful and friendly. They checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure we were okay . We even had a little mishap and they were so understanding. I give this property a 10/10 , definitely one of my favorite stays! Thank you guys for being amazing and responsive hosts!! We will be back ☺️

Perfect

Communication with the owners was great. Never needed anything but they were constantly checking on us. The home is in the perfect location. Within 15 mins to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and spacious. Everything was perfect.

Perfect quick getaway

From the beginning, our hosts were quick to respond and helpful in answering our questions. The townhouse was sparkling clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was especially nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. The neighborhood was questionable and the construction was sometimes noisy, but we had absolutely no problems. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the location was very convenient to many local sites. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, and it was nice to have a garage large enough to park our car and truck. We would be happy to stay here again in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Time

My friends and I stayed here from 02/03-02/06 and we had an amazing time at the time of our stay. We had a MINOR issue trying to warm the whole house up but that was only because we couldn’t understand how to work the new and improved thermostat. Our upstairs stayed warm and downstairs cold but it wasn’t anything that our wonderful hosts couldn’t help us with. She made sure we had everything we needed as far as information about the house and the weather in Houston BEFORE ARRIVAL. Nothing negative really about the house and it was nicely decorated and everything we were hoping it would be for our stay. We would definitely book this again if we’re ever coming back that way. 10/10 I’d definitely recommend it to someone else who’s looking for somewhere nice to stay.

Houston’s Best!!!

I don’t think I have enough words to explain how much me and my friends enjoyed our stay. The home was everything like the pictures & more. The entire home as wall plug ins that’s smells breathtaking. Definitely a 10/10 with no complaints. Looking forward to booking again for a family staycation.
