"Hotel estilo antigo Britânico, café da manhã ok, equipe de funcionários prestativos e eficientes, quarto não estava devidamente limpo, sujeira na lateral da cama próximo ao suporte do colchão. Precisam mais atenção para com os quartos. Restaurantes na área com horários limitado. Hotel cheio de objetos de decoração. Gostei mas não seria minha primeira opção de retorno."

"O elevador é tenebroso, a psicina estava fechada. Os hóspedes vizinhos eram super barulhentos, faziam sexo com música alta no meio do dia ou da madrugada. As paredes tem pessimo isolamento acústico."

"Honestly, we did not enjoy our stay. The breakfast was very poor with few options. The room cleaning left much to be desired. The service from the manager was terrible—she was extremely unfriendly. The room we were given had a horrible smell of cigarette mixed with dampness. I could barely sleep the first night because I felt nauseous. We asked to change rooms, and the manager, still very unpleasant, gave us another room in the same condition. We requested to move again—even if it had to be on another day—to a higher floor where there would be more sunlight, but she didn’t care about us at all. We only didn’t switch hotels because we had prepaid the entire stay through Expedia, which was a big issue since we couldn’t cancel or get a refund. In short, it was a regrettable experience. We will never stay at this hotel chain again."
