Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. "The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc.
Its a lovely place it takes you back in time. The owner is very easy going and nuce and can answer most questions"
"Considering that I paid an extremely cheap rate, I wasn't expecting much. The hotel is very simple but it was all we needed for a stop over. The room decor is outdated but everything was clean. The renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The only problem I found was that I could hear a bit of the noise from the highway coming from the back wall."

The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable.
