This is a quiet neighborhood road. The home is private, and set back far from the road at the top of a hill.

Guests will have access to the entire home, and property.

Welcome to your perfect Berkshires getaway! Just a short trip from New York or Boston, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home combines rustic log cabin charm with the open, airy spaces of modern living.

Inside, the first floor features a dramatic great room with a stone fireplace, an open kitchen and dining area with cherry floors and custom pine cabinetry, plus a giant screened porch for relaxing outdoors in any weather. The main-level bedroom suite includes private porch access, a spacious bathroom with soaking tub and shower, walk-through closet, and convenient first-floor laundry. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—each with its own full bath—plus, a versatile office space that doubles as a cozy guest room with an additional bed. Guests 16 and older can enjoy the fully equipped home gym located in the lower level, featuring a Soul Cycle bike, weight bench, punching bag, and more.

Step outside and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds that flow naturally into the surrounding woods, with unique views of the Berkshire Hills. The heated saltwater pool is perfect for summer days, complete with a hot tub and pool house/cabana. Please note the hot tub is integrated into the pool, and open seasonally. Unwind by the dramatic stone fire pit, stroll through the beautifully landscaped garden beds, or enjoy a relaxing moment on the swing set—all thoughtfully designed to enhance your Berkshires retreat.

All of this is just minutes from downtown West Stockbridge, and less than 15 minutes to Tanglewood, Lenox, Great Barrington and Stockbridge—putting the very best of the Berkshires at your doorstep.

You will need a car to get around the Berkshires efficiently. You will need AWD/4WD in the winter to ascend the driveway.

POOL: The pool is open seasonally from May through October, with exact opening and closing dates determined by weather conditions.

- From June 1st through Labor Day, the pool is heated to a comfortable 82°F at no additional cost. Guests who wish to maintain a higher temperature may do so for an additional fee, please reach out to us directly. 

- Pool heating may also be available, but not guaranteed, in May and after Labor Day for an additional charge of $175 per day.
To ensure the pool is ready upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to have the pool heated.

- If you wish to heat the pool above the standard 82°F provided between June 1 and Labor Day, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm pricing and arrange for the higher temperature setting.

HOT TUB: Hot tub is integrated with the pool, and is only available for use when pool is open seasonally.

POOL HOUSE: Pool house is open seasonally, and not meant for additional sleeping arrangements.

WINTER DRIVING: You will need AWD/4WD in the winter to ascend the driveway.

SKI: From the house, you’re just 15 minutes to Ski Butternut and Bousquet Mountain, 30 minutes to Catamount Ski Area and Jiminy Peak, and only about 20 minutes to Otis Ridge.

SWING: There is a swing on the property - separate from the swing set, hanging from a tree. The swing has the ability to go very high. Please use with caution, guests 16+ only.

GYM: Gym facilities are available for guest use, age 16+. The bike is a Soul Cycle bike, which requires an Equinox virtual membership to log in.

LOCATION: This is a quiet neighborhood road. The home is set back from the street and very private.

PETS: A small, trained, hypoallergenic dog is allowed on a case by case basis and for an additional $150 fee. Any pets must be under 50 lbs and fully housebroken/trained. If you'd like you to bring your pet, please let us know so we can ensure they are safe at our unique property. No multiples.
PARKING: Free parking on premises for up to 6 vehicles.

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
