"dirty. bathroom sink, sheets, carpet were all dirty. the fire alarm ONLY in our unit went off at 3 in the morning and we had to stand on the counter to turn it off. we didn’t cook anything, it just went off. it’s really crowded and if the bed is down you cannot move freely. shower so small you can’t ever be out of the water. no paper towels provided only one kitchen cloth. AND they provide plates and cutlery but want you to wash them. ok that’s pretty normal, right? NO you have to buy a sponge...

"They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team"

"O apartamento é como mostrado e descrito. Confortável, no térreo do edifício, fácil acesso por ônibus, metrô e táxi, numa ilha pequena e charmosa. Mercearia de todos os alimentos, restaurantes, padaria, etc. tem tudo! Rápido acesso à pé para St germain, Marais, 1eme !!! Muito bom!!! O sofá cama é confortável. A ducha é ótima. A cozinha com o mínimo necessário. Encontrei limpo. Porém, o processo de check in e check out é horrível. Recomendo muito que seja reavaliado! E modificado!"

"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. "

"It was good for the money. Metro station and grocery stores just minutes away. Also lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room is rather small but Ok if you want to spend most time out. We had an issue with the A/C but the property manager was very responsive and resolve it quickly. I would recommend this place for someone or a couple who wants to tour Paris around for a few days"

"La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda."

"J'ai été harceler de message par checkmygest, avant et pendant les séjours,parfois en anglais , parfois en français. En revanche, après, plus de messages...J'ai appelé à plusieurs numéros et envoyé un m message sur le WhatsApp avec lequel il mon contacté. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai oublié un médicament dans le frigo avec plein réfrigérateur, je n'ai eu aucun retour à mes messages. La location est beaucoup dans le paraître, il y a des couverts, des assiettes mais pas de table pour manger ! ...

"Nos quedamos sin luz y sin agua caliente, fue muy complicado conseguir ayuda del host. El área y el depa muy bonitos, en primer piso, si tan solo hubieramos podido aprovechar el departamento con Luz, agua caliente, etc hubiera estado superb."
