The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. I liked the executive suites and that will be my choice at my next visit.
All the staff were professional and pulled out all the stops to make my stay comfortable.

"O Hotel tem história, mas fiquei hospedada em outra ala. No dia em que cheguei me colocaram num quarto para deficiente. Mas ali havia agua quente no chuveiro. Disseram estão para eu mudar de quarto, mas no outro não havia agua quente no chuveiro. O ponto positivo foi a proximidade à warner bros."
