"Can’t rave enough about the accommodations at Stella’s Hideaway! Everything was well stocked, clean and comfortable beds. The views were great, the rocks were even better! The location was perfect for checking out mine tailings and heading up to copper harbor. Calumet has a really tasty coffee shop and cute stores. "They converted what appeared to be a former business, and it was fabulous! Plenty of beds, a kitchen with everything, an outdoor gas firepit, 3 tvs, and an indoor hot sauna were just some of the featues. A group would love this space, although there is just one (nice) bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again! Close to Houghton or Torch Lake / Hubbelll (7 miles) if you are taking the seaplane to Isle Royale."

"It is a great property and an amazing location! We spend an awesome time here. Even though the house is not large, it is very cozy, convenient, spacious and a huge benefit to have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. "The area is so quiet and peaceful. We slept incredibly well. Dragonfly cottage is so cute and tastefully updated. Each room had unique touches. There were plenty of pillows and towels for everyone. "We loved the view, it was beautiful! Enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and a reading book in the afternoon. Houghton/Hancock has so many things to do and see. Also, you are just a short drive from Copper Harbor."

"Beautiful property outside of Houghton with lovely outdoor seating to enjoy nature. House was very clean and well equipped. You are a bit out of town. The listing says Atlantic Mine, but it seems more like Liminga area so plan to drive 15 minutes to restaurants and groceries. The exception was Schmidt's Corner which is 2 miles away and good for dinner and drinks. Overall enjoyable stay."

"This was a super convenient and affordable place for our group to stay during MTU graduation weekend. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us - ages 17 to 87. We did not spend a lot of time there, but it served our needs very well."

"First, the property manager is terrific. He communicates as much as you need before your arrival and is assessible for any issues during your stay. In our case, we had a loud group move into the "B" unit, which is above. They entered at 1:00 AM and kept us awake until 4:30 when they finally stopped. The property manager addressed this the next day and the noise issue was resolved. However, if these units were built with reasonable sound isolation between them it would be fine.
