And the story of how it was built (provided by the owner/builder) is an incredible read.This is a lovely place in a great location on Grand Mesa. Excellent hiking, biking, birding and paddling all within a few miles.An incredible spot if you enjoy spending time in this part of western Colorado."

"The house is located in a secluded quiet area which we really liked. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great (there was also a lot of extra towels which was nice!). The house had a great flow to it with nice comfortable living room furniture. "This place was great! Very accommodating to my dogs and baby! The night sky views are lovely too. The area is beautiful and the home was tidy and wonderfully decorated. The soaking tub was divine. I would recommend this stay and the area to anyone looking for a calm, quiet getaway in a lovely town close to hiking trails and several farms and wineries."

"Wow! What a wonderful experience for my wife, our adult daughter, and myself! The house met and exceeded our expectations. One of the critical elements of a great stay is environmental and July is warm and the A.C. worked amazing! We stayed cool and comfortable. The kitchen had every amenity, several meals were grilled outside, the living areas provided all the creature comforts of home. The view from every part of the back of the house is stellar, the deck patio was a morning and nightly...
