"O quarto estava super sujo quando chegamos, sujeira do hóspede anterior. Foi um funcionário para limpar o quarto mas só limpou as vasilhas. Debaixo das camas e sofás estava puro pó! O gerente foi educado e solicito mas o quarto continuou sujo! Também enviei 6 encomendas para o hotel e uma sumiu."

"We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation "

"Trip of a lifetime for our family. We had the best time on the property viewing the immense wildlife that visited daily: moose, chipmunks, eagles, ducks, deer, geese, and all types of hummingbirds. The location was perfect especially the proximity to RMNP and Grand Lake Village.This trip could not have been half of what it was without the wonderful hosts, Kami and Tim. Their knowledge of the area and spectacular hospitality made our trip one we will never forget! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Great location, perfect for what we were wanting to do- hike and enjoy the outdoors with our dogs. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, Bathrooms were nice and clean. Second bedroom is a bit tight for adults but perfect for kids. Deck and fire pit were nice to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. We would stay here again! "

"We had a great stay in the cabin for a long weekend summer trip celebrating father's day. Two couples slept very comfortably here - we each had our own level! The kitchen is well appointed with almost anything you could possibly imagine - it's like going to a friend's house or maybe your grandparent's mountain cabin. Host was incredibly responsive and nice. The firepit is fantastic, with a perfect view, and I really appreciated the firewood (and damp weather so we could light a fire!)Beds are...

"Best location to stay in our last 4 years trip to winter park for skiing!"

"Everything was clean and well kept. Host answered questions quickly. Close proximity to RMNP and Grand Lake."

"Property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. It is one stop light from the resort. we had a non-skier in our group that did the drop-off and pick up daily which made it very convenient. You are probably 2 minutes by car from the resort and 8 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. Cabin was warm (not drafty / old) nice modern appliances. We fit a 4 dr Ranger pickup in the garage and a suburban in the driveway and it fit perfect. Host was responsive. Very easy house to settle...

"This cabin was a fabulous place. It had everything we needed. There were a couple of issues (e.g., with the TVs, etc.), but Janet responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issues. Some things that I especially appreciated were the washer and dryer, the full-size refrigerator (with ice trays), and the location in walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend!"

"Sensational! 7 of us, 5 college aged boys, stayed 4 nites and this house has everything – huge bedrooms, kitchen with everything down to meat thermometers, huge dining room table, great hottub, the pickeball court was terrific, the gameroom is better in person than in pics – pool and ping pong tables are top notch. Super comfortable mattresses and bedding and we slept like royalty with the windows open. 2 washer dryer sets came in handy. The town center is just a mile or so, and RMNP...

"Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access."

"The perfect place to stay when making those Rocky Mountain memories! The outside views from the deck were spectacular and within a couple of hours being there we saw a moose with its baby just strolling by. We saw mule deer and fawns daily, even seeing a fawn nursing all while sitting on the deck.Not to forget the biggest, brightest double rainbow I’ve ever see. The inside of the home was inviting and cozy. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the area where the home is...

"Room is moderately clean and well maintained, although vacuum cleaning and painting on some furniture in the room would be appropriate. For breakfast it was not included in the daily rate and it was necessary to use bars in the surrounding area as the hotel bar was closed in the morning. Very well located and close to everything with good musical attractions at night Great food options close to the hotel."
