Conveniently located, a walking trail just beside the garage leads directly to the fitness center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado, Community Center & Library

Inside the townhouse there are 3 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has its own bath with a jetted jacuzzi bath tub and shower with a nice sized closet attached.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee and a max of 2 pets only

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
