"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"

"The property has plenty of space for multiple guests even sleeping single. Great location for friends for golf trip. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for others and will be using them again in future trips. Only negative is curb appeal doesn't match interior of house. Water pressure in showers was fantastic everybody agreed."
