This Beautifully furnished home is the Perfect get away!  The Spacious living and dining areas are perfect for gathering.  The back deck looks out over the number 3 green, par 3, on the Coronado Golf Course, and straight back to the tee box.  The split floor plan is perfect for privacy with a door to close off the 2 guest bedrooms and bathroom from the living area.  All 3 rooms have King sized beds, so everyone sleeps like Royalty.  The 3-car garage is great for your car and your golf cart trailer.  There are multiple restaurants within 8 miles.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
