Welcome to your home base for a truly unique Hot Springs Village experience. Goldie’s Birdie Roost is a newly renovated, two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom end-unit townhouse that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We’ve poured comfort and care into every corner, featuring all-new appliances, fixtures, and brand-new furniture throughout to ensure your stay is as stylish as it is relaxing. The heart of our home is the Golf Gallery—a collection of striking, original drone photography showcasing our favorite hole from each of the Village's eight courses. Whether you are here for an amazing golf experience, to hit the pickleball courts, or to explore Mother Nature’s wonders, we invite you to make yourself at home.

Goldie’s Birdie Roost is positioned at the heart of the Village’s most vibrant social and recreational scene. You are just a short drive from the West Gate, which offers convenient access to Brookshire’s Grocery Store and several local restaurants. You are a 5-minute drive from the DeSoto Golf Course and the DeSoto Club, a fantastic spot where you can enjoy a full-service menu while relaxing indoors or out on the patio overlooking the course. Beyond golf, you are minutes away from the DeSoto Recreation Area, the premier hub for active fun. Here you’ll find the Village's acclaimed pickleball complex—widely regarded as one of the top facilities in the nation—along with a swimming pool, basketball courts, and miniature golf. When you’re ready for a change of pace, the hiking trails are just a 1-minute drive away. For additional outdoor leisure, you’ll find a dog park, bocce ball, and lawn bowling courts nearby. When it’s time to unwind, you don’t even need to drive. You are within an 8-minute walk of the Waypoint Bar and Grill, where you can enjoy fried chicken, cold beer, and live music out on the lakeside deck. A similar stroll leads you to the Midnight Tavern for cocktails, delicious food, and music. For those who love the water, take a quick 7-minute walk down to the shores of Lake DeSoto to catch the sunrise—one of the most beautiful views in the community. You can also explore the trail at DeSoto Beach, which overlooks the stunning Lake DeSoto spillway, featuring a series of picturesque waterfalls and natural water features. With eight championship golf courses reachable within 15–20 minutes, you are truly in the ultimate location.

Start your stay at our Birdie Prep Station, located along the front walk and equipped with a ball washer, club cleaner, and shoe brush. Once settled, elevate your game in our Birdie Lab, a dedicated indoor putting space featuring a professional-grade WELLPUTT mat—the same surface used by PGA pros. Download the WELLPUTT App to access over 50 guided drills or a full 18-hole putting tournament to sharpen your stroke, rain or shine.

Your day begins and ends on our private patio, specifically curated for rest and recharge. Listen to the chorus of songbirds or watch squirrels in the trees with your morning coffee. As evening falls, the space transforms with ambient string lights and a new four-burner gas grill, creating the perfect transition from a day of activity to the absolute tranquility of your own private getaway.

The main level is designed for gathering, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and an oversized dining table for six. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, direct patio access, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one queen and one with two extra-large twin beds—along with a second bathroom. For your convenience, a compact washer and dryer are located near the stairwell. You have two dedicated parking spots reserved right in front, with a level path that leads directly to your front door.

Whether you’re looking for high-octane fun or a peaceful day in nature, there is plenty to explore within a short drive. Enjoy over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails and 11 pristine lakes. Local favorites include the Coronado Fitness Center (3.8 miles), Balboa Beach (10.9 miles), and the Ron Coleman Crystal Mining (6.1 miles). Downtown Hot Springs is only 25 minutes away, offering the Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center, the Hot Springs Mountain Tower, and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. For family fun, you have Magic Springs and Crystal Falls Amusement Park, the Arkansas Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo, and the Mid-America Science Museum.

Hot Springs Village is a private, gated community. Simply provide the guard with the name on your reservation to receive your vehicle pass. Because mountain cell signal can be intermittent, we encourage you to print your directions before departure. We welcome up to two dogs per stay, and please note that the Village enforces strict leash laws.

Sample the best of the Village with our recommended "5 Visit pass card "($36 + tax; $25 for under 18). This card allows you to choose any combination of five visits to the following: Coronado Fitness Center (one day), Pickleball Courts (one day), Coronado Tennis Center (two hours), or the Outdoor Pool (one day).
