"The stay was satisfactory. Upon check-in, we were informed that the premises were undergoing renovations, which meant certain amenities like the pool, hot tub, and fitness room were inaccessible. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking protein options such as eggs or sausage. Additionally, only coffee was available for hot beverages. Providing tea as an alternative would be beneficial for those who do not prefer coffee. The staff members were courteous."

"Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. "
