This condo is in a perfect location on Lake Hamilton for a week on the lake or a weekend at Oaklawn Racing and Casino. This condo is in a quaint and cozy gated complex with its own boat slip and a private boat launch right outside of the gate. Take the boat out for the day and then relax on the back patio with your favorite adult beverage taking in the views. Hot Springs is full of outdoor adventures, family-friendly attractions, and places to unwind. There's even a casino, horse racing, and live entertainment, so everyone can find things to do in Hot Springs.

* Lake Hamilton and Catherine get their water levels drawn down from Nov 1st - March 1st each year, which makes some coves and boat docks un-accessible during these months.
