The WiFi is fast and reliable for those visiting for work, and the private entrance has a digital lock to enter for easy self-check in.

The entire studio apartment as well a 1 parking space on the left side of the main house is yours to enjoy. as well as the one parking space on the left side of the main house. The driveway on the left side of the main house is for guests renting The Loft at Oakwood Manor.

The driveway on the right side of the main house is for guests renting the Main house. Please do not park or use the driveway on the right side of the main house.

If you have more than 1 vehicle, it must be parked on the street. Street parking is free.

You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row are about 5 minutes away by car. We are just off Central Avenue which is the main drag of Hot Springs. Movie theaters, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The person renting the unit must be the person staying in the unit.

A guest list with names and ages and number of vehicles must be provided.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am

A minimum charge of $200 per animal will be paid by the guest, if an animal is brought into the unit without prior permission from the host.
