Fabulous property! Our party of 10 stayed here for a few nights on our way to Branson and the house exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully done. Every kitchen gadget/ appliance you could need is included. The quality of beds, towels, pillows, etc. is excellent. They really did not skimp on anything. The house is on Lake Hamilton and has a dock if renting a boat. Swimming towels, tubes, noodles and life jackets are all on property and available for use. The kids had a blast swimming, floating, kayaking right out the backdoor. The fire pit was a nice touch for the evenings. We did reach out to the host a few times and they always were quick to respond. Absolutely would recommend this house for your stay.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family! It was well equipped with everything that we could ever dream of! We truly enjoyed and appreciated all the little gifts they left for us (milk, eggs, cookies, s’mores kit, chocolates, etc). This was by far the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. They were super responsive, they communicated with us daily even after we checked in and they were amazing all around! We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for a four day weekend with our 3 sons and a few friends….the home was beautiful and had everything we needed! The owner arranged for a delivery of smores for the fire pit prior to our checkin for and also stocked the kitchen with eggs and milk, so thoughtful and appreciated…we grilled out one evening and really enjoyed the view, the sound system, and the swing. The biggest hit was the pool table. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly!…the sleeping arrangements worked out so well for all of us. The beds were so comfortable….i think the owners thought of so many details throughout the house from hand soap and q tips to warm blankets and board games….we would highly recommend this home and we would definitely come back when it’s warmer to enjoy swimming in the lake right out the backyard….

Beautiful home w/1st class amenities

Beautiful home to accommodate two families of 4! The amenities were 1st class and abundant. Fantastic tiered patio w/plenty of seating, great doc for fishing, and a nice fire pit for roasting s’mores. Close enough to everything so that you can get out and about to do explore Hot Springs. This home was perfect for Spring Break and would be amazing for a summer vacation!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Looks just like the pictures and Vernon was extremely quick to respond. Vernon had so many extras included when we checked in snacks, fruit, bacon, granola bars, coffee and so much more. This property had everything and more! It was extremely clean, incredibly stocked and had gorgeous views. It is apparent the hosts care about the home and the guest experience! The location is fantastic: close to Wal-Mart for groceries and in a beautiful cove. The slide on the dock and kayaks provided hours of fun for two families of 4. The hosts left basic staple items including fruit and eggs that were a pleasant surprise AND S’mores!! The bathrooms are updated and spotless with plenty of towels. The kitchen has nice, new appliances with any seasonings or utensils/serving pieces you could need. The outdoor grills and patio set up were amazing as well! A couple things to note: one of the king beds is in a back “apartment” so if you have small children in the main house it could be more challenging. In addition, the back apartment had a mild smoke odor if you are sensitive to smells. Overall, an unforgettable experience and a truly special place. We all talked about how we can’t wait to come back!

Don’t walk - run to book this!

The home was incredible in every way. The hosts were fabulous and so thoughtful. The home was sparkling clean, well stocked, and so homey. We so appreciated the milk, eggs, butter and s’mores treats left for us! The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is just around the corner if you need anything. The lake access was incredible - the dock and slide and beach entry made the trip! Thank you all for everything!

Best vacation ever!!

Our stay at this beautiful lake home was all we could ask for! House was large enough to accommodate my 89 year old Mom, 4 young grandchildren and 4 adults comfortably. The owners provided so many nice touches such as snacks and breakfast items to start out the vacation. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the boat dock, the water slide and the 2 kayaks. Loved feeding the geese and ducks that swam up every morning. We hope to make this an annual summer vacation! Thank you Smith family for providing such a special vacation spot for others to enjoy!

Perfect Lake Week

We had such a great stay at this lake house! We’ve probably rented a dozen or so times at Lake Hamilton, staying at the better ones more than once and I can easily say we’ve found a new favorite! I loved the 11am check out so we could spend our last day enjoying ourselves instead of packing! Everything was better than pictured- the deck is more spacious and lovely than imagined! Fabulous quality to all the linens and so much thought put into what we might need for our stay. Most lakefront properties have a bit of a hike and many stairs and although there were some steps here, this lakefront was easily accessible to my aging parents. The shallow water was perfect for our young kids to swim while we watched from the fire pit area. All in all a perfect week at the lake!
