POOLSIDE Condo Perfect for a Family Getaway

Your family will love this walk-in condo in the popular Hwy 7 South area of Hot Springs. The condo is located right behind the pool, hot-tub, and tennis courts with 2 covered balconies to enjoy the beautiful view of the pool area. It feels like your own personal playground and relaxation center to enjoy as a family.

The 1,296 square feet offers 2 Bedrooms (Master has King Bed, large closet, and private entrance to patio; Guest has Queen Bed and 2 closets), 2 Bathrooms (Master Bath has a walk-in shower with built-in seat and grip handles) and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room with a new electric Fireplace that you can choose the color flames to set your mood and enjoy after a day exploring Hot Springs during our cooler fall and winter months. The spacious kitchen offers tons of counter space with a see-thru to the large living area if you want to eat in during your visit and not miss out on family time.

This unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart 4K TV's in every room, and a Washer/Dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher, new stove, new microwave, new oven, new toaster, new Keurig with coffee pods provided, and much more.

Only minutes from all the action, this conveniently located condo is the perfect getaway for a memorable weekend with family in Hot Springs. Plan time to visit Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort with racing season from December through May.

As a quest you will have access to pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. You will enjoy staying in a safe gated community.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Excessive noise may be reported to POA. We ask renters to be courteous to other condo guests and please place trash in designated areas to help keep the facilities clean for all guests to enjoy!

Check-Out: 11:00AM CST

Very nice property!

We had a great stay at this condo over the eclipse weekend. Perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room and very clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great option next time you are visiting Hot Springs.

Great Hot Springs Condo

We spent a 3-day weekend at this condo with our granddaughters. What a wonderful, very nice place. Perfect for us to spend time together. It had everything we needed, plus so many extras we didn’t expect to see. We were also very close to the pool. The hosts were so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning to stay in Hot Springs. Phil & Linda

Just What I Was Looking For

I really enjoyed my 1 week stay. Beautifully decorated, comfy and well equipped condo with a view of the pool. Close to Downtown Hot Springs and other activities you may be interested in. The property owner is amazing, very easy to communicate with and super thoughtful.

Nice and clean!

Easy check in, clean and owner responded quickly with questions I had. A little confusing to find unit the first time but, there is another entrance/exit closer and easier to come and go. Would definitely book again!

Lake Hamilton Condo

Our family of five (with 3 kids, ages 9, 4, and 2) booked this condo and stayed here for a week for our yearly family vacation. While the listing was accurate and the condo had ample space for our family, the cleanliness of the rental left much to be desired. Upon checking in, we found that the pull-out mattress was incredibly stained and the couch had not been vacuumed under for quite some time. The property manager was quick to fix the problem by replacing the mattress cover the next morning and having her cleaning lady vacuum under the couch, but I expect a place to be clean when we arrive. As the week went on, we found a lot more places that hadn't been cleaned appropriately - there was quite a bit of dust, along with a lot of evidence that the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped lately (makeup on the bathroom floor that wasn't mine, dog hair from someone else's dog, build-up of shower product on the inside of the shower curtain, and our kids had dirty feet from walking around and playing in the condo). Overall, I feel like the condo needs a really good deep clean before it is rented out again. While I could have complained about every little thing, I didn't want our week as a family to be interrupted by someone having to come clean or to have someone we didn't know in the condo unattended with all of our things. That being said, the location of the condo itself is great. There is a ton to do nearby for families, and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks over Lake Hamilton without leaving the resort. We truly enjoyed staying in Hot Springs, we just wish the condo would have been cleaner.

Lovely Lake Condo

The property manager was very sweet and thoughtful. She had a cake and a card for my son s 6 birthday. He was so surprised and loved it. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. The location to the pool and hot tub was literally in our backyard. The condo was central enough to all that we wanted to do and see. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing space near all the lakes. We loved it and we definitely be back soon!

Great place to stay!

We had such a great experience! Prompt communication and happy to answer questions! Great proximity to the pool which was never crowded. Kids loved the pool! Was kind enough to provide our favorite drinks and snacks! Very clean and provided lots of items that other rentals don't (beach towels, laundry items, paper towels, etc.). Beautifully renovated property. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeannie was an amazing host at this beautiful location

Our stay on Lake Hamilton was amazing! Jeannie made sure that our stay here was perfect by helping us get the exact accommodations we needed for our family. Location and scenery were beautiful and just far enough away from the center of town to be a little less busy, yet close enough to all of the attractions. Would highly recommended this condo!
