This is a newly built 3 bedroom with large bonus room upstairs that’s counted as a 4th bedroom which also has a 1/2 bath connected to it. Sleeps 12 people total. It has a large open living area/dining/kitchen space that’s open and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot & pans, utensils and extra mixing and large baking bowls for large groups. One of the extra bedrooms does have a high chair. The deck is huge and seats 10+ people. It has a gas grill and 6 person hot tub. DO NOT PUT ANY SOAP OR CHEMICALS INTO THE HOT TUB! You will be charged a damage fee if the hot tub is left dirty or soap of any kind had been added to the water. Please make sure you are clean before getting in the hot tub. Below the deck is a huge fire pit with 6 chairs and a large stack of firewood to make the perfect fire. Inside there’s a gas log fireplace perfect for those cold winter nights! The master bathroom has a large deep jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower you will love! ❤️ The garage has a workout/gym area with a squat rack, bench, dumbbells and bands for a nice morning workout. Easily sleeps 12 but will allow more than that with PreApproval. Reservations with over 5 guest will have a group fee charged of $200 once the reservation is made please make sure to read through the entire reservation for all pricing and rules and regulations.
