The main floor is one open room, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing together around a sleek linear fireplace and a full wall of windows facing the lake. The kitchen is built for a crowd, with a full-size island, modern appliances, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a real dinner instead of ordering in.

Upstairs, the rooftop deck is one of the home's standout features, with plush outdoor seating and panoramic views of Lake Hamilton. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, gather with friends, or watch the sunset over the water.

A spacious third-floor bunk room with both queen and twin beds
Please note that the bunk room is located on the 3rd floor and does not have a door.

Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. We offer a convenient self-check-in process, so there's no need to coordinate a meeting time.

Pool Heating Policy
- Pool heat is available by request.
- Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to request pool heating. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are not guaranteed and may incur an additional $50 fee.
- The pool heater has a maximum temperature setting of 90°F.
- Pool heating is not guaranteed when outside temperatures are below 50°F, as colder weather can affect the heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature.
- Pool heat is $100/day and must be scheduled for the duration of your stay.
- Please do not adjust or tamper with the pool equipment. If you experience any issues with the pool or heating system, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
- Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Please note:
Trash: bag it tightly and set cans at the curb the night before pickup — a $100 fee applies for loose trash left curbside.
A rental agreement is sent after booking and must be signed within 48 hours, matching the name and ID on the reservation.
Local wildlife (deer, geese, and the occasional snake) is part of lake life here — keep a respectful distance and don't leave food outside.
Our team is on call 8 AM–11 PM daily. After hours, text or leave a voicemail for a next-morning reply; for true plumbing or HVAC emergencies, 24-hour provider numbers are in your digital guidebook.

Important: The photos in the listing show the bedrooms before window coverings were installed. If the blinds have now been installed, this note should be removed from the listing. If they have not yet been installed, please keep this information so guests know that the master bedroom currently does not have window coverings.
