Inside, this two-level ranch-style house boasts vaulted ceilings and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with soft carpeted floors in the living room and lots of comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor throughout. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. You can watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV then head outside to enjoy the fresh air and a nice glass of wine on the front porch. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, and you can even use the central AC to keep the home nice and cool during those hot summer evenings. Take advantage of the private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. The free WiFi will make it easy to connect your devices, so you can research a new outdoor adventure or post your favorite memories to your social media. This home is just two miles west of Maverick Junction, so you'll always find something fun to do during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
