    | THE LAKE LIFE |

Your private double dock includes a working boat lift and a separate jet ski dock. A secluded neighborhood boat ramp sits 1000 feet from the door (launch in minutes with no line of trailers and no crowded public ramp). | THE ACCOMMODATIONS |

Three levels, Five Bedrooms, Nine Beds

    Entry/Living Room

Step in through the front door to a bright, high-ceiling foyer with a lantern chandelier overhead and a console table for keys, bags, and shoes. A wine rack and stemware shelf sit just around the corner as you walk into the open and comfortable main living area. A leather power-reclining sofa faces the 70-inch smart TV and soundbar, with two pairs of mid-century armchairs surrounding a functional center table with a decorative tray. A ceiling fan keeps things cool, and a wall of French doors floods the room with afternoon light and leads straight out to the magnificent views off the screened deck — so the party never really has to pick indoors or out.

The main level Screen Porch & Deck are made for long, easy days at the lake house. Inside, the screened bar-height tables with swivel chairs sit under a warm wood-plank ceiling with two ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and a wall-mounted TV, so you don't need to miss the game even if you are eating outdoors. The gas grill is right on the porch, so the cook stays part of the conversation; you can also step outside the screens to the uncovered portion of the deck for some afternoon sun while sitting at a tile-top table with six cushioned wicker swivel chairs and a large umbrella. This is also the best vantage point to enjoy a sunrise or sunset while viewing the majestic woodland canopy.

    Kitchen

A true cook's kitchen with plenty of room to spread out. Gas range under a stainless vent hood, exposed brick backsplash running to the ceiling, French-door refrigerator, built-in microwave, and granite counters throughout. The oversized island seats three and anchors the whole open floor plan — you can prep dinner without ever leaving the conversation. Coffee bar stocked and ready, full-size dishwasher, and the laundry room tucked just around the corner.

Bedroom 1 (King Bed - Sleeps 2): The Primary Suite

The large window looks out into the canopy toward the cove, and a private door opens directly onto the deck, allowing you to step out with a coffee before the rest of the house stirs or use the exterior deck stairs to slip down to the spa without interrupting anyone else in the lodge. Inside, a king bed sits against a custom board-and-batten feature wall, flanked by twin sconces and matching nightstands for reading late. A wall-mounted 55-inch Smart TV faces the bed, and a ceiling fan keeps the air moving on warm Arkansas nights. A walk-in closet with built-in shelving and hanging space means you can actually unpack for the week.

The attached primary bath has a freestanding soaking tub beneath a lantern chandelier, positioned for a long soak after a day hiking in Hot Springs National Park. The glass-enclosed walk-in shower features marble-style tile with both an overhead rain head and a handheld wand. A double granite vanity with dual mirrors keeps people from negotiating over counter space, and the separate enclosed water closet adds privacy.

Bedroom 2: (Queen Bed -Sleeps 2):

Unwind in this bright and restful bedroom featuring a queen bed with a white duvet and layered pillows. Matching nightstands and ceramic lamps flank the bed, so you and your travel partner each get your own reading light and a spot for your phone. A wall-mounted Roku smart TV lets you stream your favorite shows, and the ceiling fan and privacy blinds keep the room cool and dark for a great night's sleep. The double-door closet offers plenty of hanging space and shelving, and has extra linens and blankets. Just steps away, you'll find a full bath with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in glass shower with marble-style tile and a granite-top vanity.

    Bedroom 3 - Loft (4 Full Beds - Sleeps 8):

Head up the stairs to the kids' favorite spot in the house. The low-lit risers light up each step at night, and the staircase opens onto a big bunk room tucked under the roofline. Two full-over-full bunk beds sleep up to eight. The room also includes a large space to spread out, relax in one of 4 tufted charcoal armchairs, do some quiet reading or have a fun movie night. The vaulted Ceiling, recessed lighting, and ceiling fan keep the room bright and cool, and it's far enough from the main level that the adults downstairs can have their own evening.

    Bedroom 4 (1 King - Sleeps 2)

Tucked away on the lower level, this bedroom is a quiet escape. A plush king bed with a tufted navy wingback headboard sits between matching nightstands, each with its own bedside lamp for easy reading before lights out. A ductless mini-split lets you set the perfect temperature, and a ceiling fan and blinds on the large window create a dreamy nighttime atmosphere. A double-door closet and a vintage dresser give plenty of space to unpack and settle in. A full-sized crib is tucked way in the corner for guest traveling with a little one. The stairs have floor lighting for safe late-night trips.

    Bedroom 5 (2 Queen - Sleeps 4):

This bright bedroom is ideal for siblings, cousins, or friends sharing a room together. Two queen beds with white distressed farmhouse frames are separated by a bedside nightstand and a soft glowing lamp for winding down at night. A 50-inch wall-mounted TV makes it easy to fit in a show before bed, and the ceiling fan, blinds, and ductless mini-split keep the room cool and comfortable. A double-door closet with shelving and two hanging rods offers plenty of space to unpack and stay organized.

Outside the bedroom, you'll find the lower-level bathroom set up for busy lake days with a big group. A long granite vanity with a deep undermount sink and cabinets gives you plenty of counter and drawer space for toiletries. A black-framed mirror and a Three-light seeded-glass fixture keep the space bright for getting ready. The tub-and-shower combo comes stocked with Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in refillable pump bottles. A row of wall hooks is perfect for hanging towels and swimsuits after a day on the water.

Lower Level Living Room with Arcade and Desk

The lower-level living room is also a fantastic place to gather after a fun day on the lake. Two comfortable couches loaded with throw pillows face a 70-inch smart TV above a rustic wood media console, creating the perfect ambiance for a movie. The four-player all-in-one arcade can keep kids busy for days with over 7000 games included. It even has retro Nintendo and Arcade games for adults wanting to relive some childhood memories. The room includes a ductless mini-split so you will always have the right temperature, and a ceiling fan will keep you comfortable in any season. The room also has an exterior door opening onto the lower screened patio, so the space easily flows between inside and out.

Lower-Level Screened Patio - Hot Tub & Outdoor Lounge

Just outside the lower-level living room, this covered, screened patio is where the house comes together. Two round bar-height tables with cushioned swivel chairs seat eight for meals, card games, or morning coffee under a warm wood-planked ceiling with a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. Further along, a wicker lounge set with a sofa, armchairs, and ottomans gives everyone a comfortable spot to stretch out. The hot tub sits right beside it, perfect for a soak under the trees after a day on the lake. Screens keep the bugs out while the breeze and the forest views come through, so it's just as good at night as it is at noon.

Stairs to the Dock - Path to the Water

A sturdy wooden staircase with cable railings descends the wooded hillside from the house to your private covered dock on the cove. Landings along the way give you a spot to pause and take in the views of pines and water. At the bottom, the dock has room for two boats and a personal watercraft, and it's the launch point for kayaks and paddleboards that are already conveniently stationed by the water for guest use, along with life jackets and paddles. Expect a walk, since the dock is much lower than the house elevation.
