(April special from $349) We are allowing our customers to use our 2010 g3 suncatcher 22’ pontoon boat with fish finder and 115hp 4stroke Yamaha from dawn to dusk with every rental minimum length must be 3 days on weekends and 2 nights during the week.Must be 25 or older. There is a $500 refundable deposit for the boat. You must treat it like it’s your own, and sign waiver plus send pic to host alongside drivers license .The home is a beautiful 2007 stucco home with vaulted ceilings in every room! Smart tv’s in all bedrooms,Living room and Den. Lake escape also has a brand new hot tub,bbq,and all new bedding including mattress’s. Ice cold AC the garage has been converted to a game room/ hangout area with karaoke, baggO also. There is sleeping for 10/8 in beds and 2 on separate couches in living room and den. There is 9 recliners at lake escape so everyone can kick back and relax! Pets are welcome with $50-100 per pet fee and there is a nice fenced back yard for them.
