(August special from $399) We are allowing our customers to use our 2010 g3 suncatcher 22’ pontoon boat and 115hp 4stroke Yamaha from dawn to dusk with every rental minimum length must be 3 days on weekends and 2 nights during the week.Must be 25 or older. There is a $500 refundable deposit for the boat can be paid cash app or Venmo . You must treat it like it’s your own, and sign waiver plus send pic to host alongside drivers license .The home is a beautiful 2007 stucco home with vaulted ceilings in every room! Smart tv’s in all bedrooms,Living room and Den. Lake escape also has a brand new hot tub,bbq,and all new bedding including mattress’s. Ice cold AC the garage has been converted to a game room/ hangout area with karaoke, baggO also. There is sleeping for 10/8 in beds and 2 on separate couches in living room and den. There is 9 recliners at lake escape so everyone can kick back and relax! Pets are welcome with $50-100 per pet fee and there is a nice fenced back yard for them.
