Gorgeous Mountain View, 6 Private acres, Close to Downtown!

There’s no better location for a Hot Springs, AR getaway than this recently remodeled, 1900 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, sitting on 6 secluded acres, just a short drive away from top area attractions! The mountain views are breathtaking. It's not unusual to see deer from the kitchen or master bedroom windows. Enjoy the fire pit area and outdoor seating.

Sleeps 8 comfortably.

House is cleaned and maintained by owners.

Pet Friendly - $50 Pet Fee.
Dogs only - Limit 2 dogs under 50 pounds .
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEDS.

KITCHEN: Well-equipped w/ cooking basics as well as blender, hand mixer, crock pot, drip and K-cup coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dish soap and dishwasher tabs are provided.

Propane Grill on the back patio with grilling utensils.

TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and rec room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite streaming services and apps. WIFI is included.

A small amount of firewood is provided for the fire pit.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in each bathroom.

Our family had such an incredible time staying at this property! The home and property are even more beautiful in person, and it is so well stocked, you feel like you are at home. It is very obvious the host put a lot of care into maintaining the home and communication with them was a breeze. The location of the home is just a quick drive away from downtown Hot Springs, and there are so many beautiful trails and other activities just a short distance away from the home. While we enjoyed many activities out and about, we equally enjoyed our time at the property. The indoor and outdoor spaces are all very relaxing and comfortable, and our very energetic son particularly enjoyed playing in the expansive yard. The property is wonderful - you are missing out if you don't stay there for your visit to the Hot Springs area!

Fantastic stay. The property is large and spacious, the house was absolutely immaculate, and the view is beautiful. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and everything about the stay was smooth and easy. It’s clear they take great pride in the property. The house was wonderful and honestly had the best view of our whole trip - right from the front door! Perfectly clean, dog-friendly, and delicious welcome cookies upon arrival. All in all a fantastic spot - would recommend!

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. Everything was immaculately clean. The views of the surrounding tree covered hills is stunning. When you stand outside, all you can hear is the breeze and the tinkle of a little brook in the woods behind the house. We used both the outside fire pit for a fun smoore-filled evening, and the fireplace inside on the colder nights. We were thankful for the laundry machine after our crystal mining trip. The small touches from fresh cookies and snacks, to plenty of TP and extra blankets are much noticed and appreciated. Only a short jaunt to downtown, it’s way worth driving out a bit so our kids could play outside, and push each other on the big swing. We absolutely loved our stay, and are contemplating our next visit!

We had a great stay! The home is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of 7. The owners provided all the necessities and the kids loved getting cookies as a surprise during our late night check-in. The home was close enough to town that we could explore everything in Hot Springs with just a short drive but far enough out to be able to relax and enjoy being outside in the yard. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Hot Springs!

My 3 adult kids and I booked our annual get away and selected this home for a weekend of fun and relaxation based on appearance and reviews. This home did not disappoint!! It is absolutely beautiful, with modern decor and updates including special added touches of fall decorations in the home, complete with fresh baked cookies waiting for us! It is immaculately clean! The views of the mountains, even from the big picture windows inside the house were breathtaking. We walked through the trails every day and the acreage was well maintained and manicured. Jon and Mindy are an example of what every host should be and we definitely want to come back! Thank you so much for all you did to make it a perfect weekend! People, don’t miss out on this one!

This property is beautiful! Sits on top of a hill that overlooks the National Park and has plenty of yard space. The inside was very clean and welcoming. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Amazing view and place

Simply AMAZING views and house. Me and my three musketeers loved roaming around outside, laying in the hammock, etc. All five of us loved lounging on the sectional and all the bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable and the showerhead in the master bedroom was incredible. The hosts did an amazing job on the house and left us homemade cookies that just happened to be my favorite kind of cookie! Six star rating because of that!

Breath Taking Views

This home is amazing. Let me start off by saying communication was on point with the owners. They left several goodies for us in the house to munch on as well. The front view to the mountains never ever got old. A couple of evenings and mornings we would sit and watch those mountains till our behinds got tired of sitting down. The property is well taken care off and there are so many places to hang out relax. My mother would wake up early every morning just to pick a different spot outside to say her daily prayers. Everyone in our group enjoyed the inside of the house. Great layout and very spacious. The showers were great and the water pressure is the best. I never had to bug the owners for anything, other than to let them know we loved their property. Two great spots to park your vehicle(s) in the shade. The grill is a mighty fine one I must say; they had a full tank of propane ready for us. I will say the bed in the master is a little squeaky, but we were so tired after the first night it didn’t bother us much. My daughters and my parents enjoyed their beds and rooms. The living room is spacious and we watched some great movies there. The lighting inside and outside of the house is beautiful. The owners thought about everything before renting this home. Did I mention the views… well I don’t get tired of looking at my pictures on my phone of all the gorgeous views around the house. The house is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the whole town; the drive! wow!!

Relaxing weekend

It was really wonderful! Near all the fun! Beautiful view! The kitchen was well equipped! Washer and dryer available is very helpful! It really is a beautiful property. I have nothing to complain about; however, some of the ladies mentioned that the rooms on the left side of the house had too much light coming in at night. We tried to turn them off but couldn’t find the switch. Thank you so much! I would definitely come back with my family.

Amazing place for our daughters first vacation!

Our daughter has special needs and this was her first vacation so we were very particular about where we stayed. This house was amazing, not only for the nice and convenient interior but also for the jawdropping views that our daughter got to enjoy. (Her first time ever seeing that kind of landscape)Also being so close to everything was great because it made the travel with her much easier!Highly recommend!

We were very impressed by the property. In excellent condition and very clean. Very roomy for 6 people. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom. Very nice and wonderful walk-in shower. The mountaintop view was awesome.

Once again it was PERFECT!

This is our 3rd time here and plan to go in 2026. We stay here to go jeepn at Hot Springs OHV Park. When you drive through the gate, the house and view are extraordinary! Then inside the house is even better! Mindy and Jon are awesome hosts! They communicate well and are responsive to questions. We bring our dog and I take her walking through the acreage that's available. If you're looking for a place that's close to HS OHV Park, this is it!! Lots of parking for your trucks/trailers/Jeeps. We brought our son and his friend for the first time, and they were amazed as much as we were the 1st time we went. Thank you Mindy and Jon for the exceptional hospitality , once again! See y'all in 2026!
