Walk to local brewery, hiking trails, coffee shop, outfitters store, hot mineral springs spa, and more. Enjoy the evening soaking in a private hot tub right outside your back door.
This charming house has all the creature comforts to feel at home in the quaint town of Hot Springs. Bring a book & board games for relaxing indoor time, with your private hot tub steps away. Prime location to use as a home base for outdoor activities.

Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild & roads are tended in the wintertime. Restaurants and shops are open as well. Take a hike on the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days while things are a bit quieter.

The cottage is great for couples, families, or groups of friends.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counters. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Large smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Two rooms with oversized Queen beds with extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large, oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.

Great back deck with a gas grill and beautiful Spring Creek just across the street. There is a firepit in the backyard. In season, there is a large herb garden to spice up your meals. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect spot. The Cottage is not too big, and not too small. It's just right.

Many trails are accessible around the area, and Hot Springs is a central location for adventures in Western North Carolina, East Tennessee, and the Smokey Mountains National Park. Nearby attractions are the Biltmore Estate, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more.

Hot Spring is currently (5/6/25) rebuilding after Hurricane Helene. This will take time and happen in various stages. Currently open is Big Pillow Brewing with the Grey Eagle Taqueria Food Truck, Vinyl Pies Pizza, Bluff Mountain Outfitters, Hot Springs Rafting Company, Smoky Mountain Diner, Sarajo's Gas Station, Tobacco Road Beverage store, the Dollar General, Vaste Riviere Outpost for delicious lunches on the weekends, the Artisun Emporium and Coffeehouse, and the Hot Springs Resort and Spa. Sweet Hot Springs Getaway

The best location within the town, love the character of the house! There is a comfortable living room and large table for games and dining. Love the hot tub and backyard for relaxing evenings. Owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. We've stayed in this property a few times and will keep rebooking for future stays! This town needs a lot of love. The only way to support the rebuilding from Hurricane Helene flood damage is to support it... Please book this property and dine out, shop, enjoy this area.

Girls getaway

Less than a block from center of town! The house was cozy and comfortable ( inside and out- nice patio in the back). Hot tub and fire pit available for use. The big TV screen and cozy sofas make for a relaxing night in. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook but you are so close to town you could just walk to the restaurants for your meals. The Hot Springs spa is also a short walking distance from the house. Several businesses are still closed on certain days so be sure to look them up. Lots of close hiking and rafting in the area. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The Stone Cottage is a gem in Hot Springs- I highly recommend staying here.

Two night stay

This house and its location are wonderful. It has everything you need (except a dishwasher, but the kitchen itself is good). Location along the creek and so close to "downtown". Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at the cottage. The hosts were super communicative, and the house was clean and convenient to everything. It was so nice to relax in the cozy house and enjoy the town without having to drive anywhere. We'll definitely be back.

Cozy cottage in Hot Springs!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cute, cozy cottage in Hot Springs, NC! The house was clean, perfectly located downtown, and quiet. The upgrades were gorgeous. Even the little touches of fresh flowers were so thoughtful. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen, giant TV in the living room, comfy couches, and large dining table for card games. It was an easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly prior to check-in, and fortunately we didn't have to contact them while staying there because we didn't have any issues at all. We will definitely stay again!!

Little Stone House šŸ”

This little gem of a house is a great place to stay and relax. Walking distance to everything. We had some superb dinners in town and cooked our breakfast/brunch in the very well appointed kitchen. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

Nice location with less traffic than Asheville, but close enough to around the area. Nice house that has been updated. The property manager sent a lot of helpful information about the area before our stay, which was great.

Great stay in Hot Springs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs!! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with lots of cookware. The beds were very comfortable; we all felt well rested after our wonderful vacation in Hot Springs! The living room and dining area were very spacious. We were able to have our Hot Springs family over to eat and play games very comfortably. My family and I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Little Stone Cottage!!!ā¤ļø

Overall was fabulous. Two hiccups: 1) window blinds in master bedroom are impossible to lower 2) some bugs were observed in baths and kitchen 3) we were unable to convert the hot tub into a swimming pool to accomodate the hot days ;)
