Hot Springs trip

We enjoyed the property, the description was accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. The house was off the beaten path but we enjoyed that and it was real close to main roads that you could get anywhere in a short amount of time. We did have an issue with the washing machine plumbing but owner got on issue right away and had it fixed right away.

The property was very pretty, updated, and clean! The two king rooms were very spacious, one upstairs and one downstairs. The other two rooms were very functional. The open floor plan of the living area and the kitchen was perfect for our group of eight to lounge and eat and play games together at the big table. My only complaint was for eight girls getting ready with only two bathrooms. Lots of sleeping space, but would be nice to have another bathroom area. The outside deck area was beautiful as well.

Stunning!

House was amazing!!! Very clean, description was accurate, view was even more spectacular than what the photos show, kitchen was very well stocked, neighborhood was amazing, nothing about this house disappointed. The best vrbo house Iā€™ve ever stayed in and Iā€™ve stayed in quite a few. We plan to rent this one again for our yearly girls trips.

Great place.

Very impressed with the property and location. Only 14 mins away from downtown. Hayes grocery is 4 mins away and has most everything. You are right on the water and its beautiful. Only issue we had was we had to buy towels because we were provided only 1 towel per person per day. No extras if we needed them. They did have a washer and dryer if you dont need extras then just wash them daily.

Great Family Vacation

This property is excellent. It has everything you will need - it is so well appointed. And the access to the lake is wonderful ... we spent time every day in the water. We did bring floaties - you can touch the bottom of the lake, but it is slimy. This house was extremely clean, and you can tell that the owners take pride in their rental. You are 15 minutes from everything ... we went hiking, gambling and shopping :) We would definitely go back. Thank you!!

Great house in a beautiful cove

We had a great week in this beautiful cove. The house was perfect for our family of eight. It was clean and seemed all new inside. The brand new deck was awesome and overlooked the backyard and out to the cove. The wall of windows along the back makes the view even better. The owners thought of everything, from any kitchen utensil you might need to tons of games for us to play, inside and out. We will be back!

Clean & Charming Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have two young children, 3 and 5 years old, and it couldn't have been an easier. The owners have truly through of everything. The home was well stocked, even toys and games for my kids. We loved the backyard and deck for grilling out and playing. Not to mention the views are awesome! I'm a clean freak and always worry about the level of cleanliness when I stay somewhere, this far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully updated home with the most amazing view

My family (2 adults + 2 kids + 2 grandmas :)) stayed in this home the week of June 7th. We loved our stay! The house is beautifully redone and very well appointed - it is so refreshing to arrive in a rental home and not have to run out immediately for TP, paper towels, etc. We cooked just about every night and the kitchen is so well appointed, it was like cooking in my own home. The house sits right on the water in a protected cove with a lovely view The kids could swim or float directly from the dock, or play in the large yard overlooking the water. The house has beautiful windows all along the back so regardless of where you're sitting to have your morning coffee (or evening wine) you are treated to a lovely view. The neighbors are lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway! Note - if anyone is curious on bedroom configuration, upstairs hosts a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, and downstairs has a king bedroom and a room with three beds (we used it for the kiddos).

4 adults, 4 teens stayed comfortably The kitchen was amazing. I wish mine at home was more like it. The outside space allowed for plenty of fun. If we head back to Hot Spring, we would rent again.

Calming Experience

We had a great time. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to make it more disability friendly but it was a great experience, The house was beautiful. FANTASTIC Cousins Getaway!!

Six of us cousins (girls trip) take an annual getaway together. This year we chose Hot Springs, AR and this beautiful home on Lake Hamilton. I can't say enough about how beautiful it was. The house is wonderful and the location (and view) were perfect! The hosts were very helpful and very much available, if needed. They checked in periodically to see if we needed anything, which was great! We all decided to come back at a future date and stay here again!!!

Super clean, wonderful location

We were very pleased with this property. It is exactly as described in the photos and the entire place was very clean and accommodating. Excellent communication by the owners. Very pleased with our stay. The only thing I would caution is that the "other" fees on this rental are pretty exorbitant, in my experience. Cleaning fee is $174, which is the highest I've seen. Especially with the lengthy list of things they ask you to do before you leave. (which is normal and fine....but odd with the cleaning fee being so high) Also, the booking is non-refundable from the start, which is clearly stated. Again, that's uncommon. Overall, this is an excellent place to rent. High quality all around.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend at the end of Spring Break 2021. We had 4 adults and 5 children, and the house is a perfect size. There was plenty of room inside and out for everyone to hang out. There is a great book upon check in that gives recommendations for local restaurants, fun things to do, and boat rentals for the lake. The house sits on a quiet little cove with wonderful neighbors (that even lent us a couple of eggs!) Everything is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and even has a stash of some non-perishable items and seasonings to use. The only thing I would recommend getting is a griddle, weā€™re a big pancake family though :). Our 10 mo old did well in the provided pack n play and high chair. Overall, itā€™s a great family property, we will definitely be back!!

The house is beautiful and the setting was perfect. The yard is large and our 4 teen boys loved playing football by the lake and fishing from the bank. The home is so inviting and cozy - every detail is perfect. Everything was provided - all we had to do was stock the fridge. The neighbors were super friendly and fun too! We will definitely be booking again!

Amazing place, great location

This was a great getaway from start to finish. First, we were greeted with a personalized embroidered kitchen towel as a welcome gift. The house appears to have been recently updated and is beautifully decorated. The online photos truly capture the beauty of this gem. It is conveniently located to all of the local attractions (Garvan Woodlands, etc). The gourmet kitchen has all of the things we needed for our familiesā€™ Thanksgiving dinner. The property owner was extremely responsive in answering questions. I highly recommend this property.
