Beautiful Lake Hamilton Cottage with Deck extending over the lake

NOTE: Lake level is lowered early Nov and back to normal early March around Lake Hamilton. Allows maintenance on boatslips, docks, etc. NO fishing from deck or bank during this time when lake is lowered

There is still a beautiful view of lake further away from shore line.

Beautiful cottage on Lake Hamilton - located in the popular Hwy 7/Central Ave south area, in the hub of fun things to do.

Open concept floor plan. STUDIO STYLE which means No walls dividing living, dining, kitchen and sleeping area. The bathroom is the only private room.

You will need to rent a 2 bdrm if you are wanting privacy.

There are 3 other cottages on the grounds. If you are wanting complete isolation this cottage will not work for you. You might see other people during your visit from the other 3 cottages on the common grounds or see lawn workers.

If you need a BIG shower this will not work for you. The shower is SMALL. This is a standard size shower frame from the manufacture. Please rent another unit if you need a big shower.

The unique feature of this property is having the large deck extending over the lake with a private boat-slip for this cottage located underneath the deck.

Arkansas law requires marinas, boat-slips to post an Electrical Shock Warning, Swim at own risk sign on the boat-slip. There is a private boat-slip under cottage deck for guest use.

Boat rentals only 2 minutes away Hot Springs Marina -
There is a fee to launch a boat. approx $25
No parking boat trailers there.

You can park trailer beside the cottage.


Many indoor/outdoor activities in this location. Many fine dining restaurants your whole family will enjoy.

Magic Springs amusement park, go-carts, miniature golf, Hot Springs mall. Oaklawn race track and Casino located a few minutes from cottage,
Garvan Woodland Gardens are beautiful year round...

After visiting the race track treat yourself at one of the many spas Hot Springs has to offer.

During the summer fish off the deck or enjoy the day on the lake. Fishing license can be purchased at Wal-Mart

4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day spectacular fireworks display launched nearby

Enjoy watching the Canadian geese and mallards make their daily rounds around Lake Hamilton
