Very disappointing stay.
The hall to our room featured moldy ceiling tiles, burned out lights, stained carpet, and a noticeable musty smell.
Inside the room, I found more stained carpet, flaking paint, moldy grout, a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet, a loose shelf over the sink that everything slid off of, missing knobs on the dresser, rusty clothing hooks, and a lumpy bed. The entry to the room smelled like the ship battle area of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride--smoky, musty, with a hint of dog wee.
In the morning, I woke up with allergy symptoms, which means mold. I have been tested--that's my only allergy, and I take shots for it (which work) so the levels must have been high. I went to the front desk to explain about my allergy and the other issues and nicely requested a room change. They took my name and number AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
There is no parking on site except valet, it's expensive even before tips, and there was always a long line to get your car out, so we felt trapped.
There was a coffee machine in the room, but no cups. My son was told you must call Room Service to request cups.
Housekeeping never visited the room during our 3 night stay to empty trash or refresh supplies, but we were still charged a $45 resort fee for "coffee and incidentals."
I understand that they are renovating, but don't rent out rooms that are unfit for occupation, and take care of your guests when they calmly ask for assistance for valid reasons.
Go elsewhere.
