"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS. The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis. PVJ is also in walkable distance of you need some refreshing. "

"ibis consistently disappoints everywhere, bit this is the worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed in. Even though i’m staying at a non-smoking room, there is a strong smell of cigarette mixed with the deodorant chemicals. The chemicals felt like a slight burn on my nasal passages. Sink was broken. Much regret booking this one. Definitely avoid."

"周囲の渋滞は仕方がないとして、部屋の広さと入ったときにエアコンが効いていたのが嬉しかったです。"

"All over was nice except the toilet seat, stained yellowish colour even though the staff had tried scrubbing it. Convenient for shopping, karaoke and cinema. "

"the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad. the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!"

"Ok place, nothing special. Bed was comfortable. Lobby, floor area, bathroom conditions not so good."

"nice experience staying here!"

"Terimakasih sudah diupgrade ke kelas kamar di atasnya. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, fasilitas air panas bagus. Sesuai tarifnya, tidak untuk yang mengharapkan fasilitas menu resto mewah."

"The environment is clean. The staff is friendly. Only thing i don't like is there is no wardrobe and dressing table."

"The breakfast is no good. The plates and cups are not clean. The bathroom shower is not working properly"
