The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. "Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there. "
