"Spent 2 nights in this lovely secluded cottage. Took our dogs and was able to let them wander round because grounds are totally secure.Weather was great so enjoyed sitting out the back in the morning and watching the sun set over the gate in the evening. If you're into star gazing, it's amazing on a clear night.Only let down was the shower room, though this wouldn't stop us from staying again."

"Lovely little cottage in perfect location. The cottage is exactly as described and is a perfect Dales base for 2 people. We booked pretty last minute for the bank holiday week in August, so we were worried about the lack of a dedicated parking space. However, we were able to park either on the road outside or in the car park round the corner every day - so not a problem at all."

"A very attractive, well-equipped and clean cottage. It was perfect for us. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo. "Beautiful cottage on the edge of the Lake District. Great location as it’s a short drive to most popular Lake District attractions. Stunning scenery and spacious cottage make for a relaxing getaway. Kev welcomed us when we arrived and recommended places to visit including the local pub for pizza which was lovely! 100% recommend this cottage for anybody looking to visit the Lake District. The hot tub was a luxurious bonus which helped us relax after a long day of hiking. "
