"This property has a perfect location for anyone looking to feel the quietness and beauty of the combination Azores countryside / Atlantic blue and Faial Island. Only 15m away from Horta (the island main city) allows for the complete discovery of all the main attractions. "Nico and Eunice's property is as shown on the listing. The view is spectacular and the location if perfect for walking to town, restaurants, ferry and the wine museum. Nico was incredibly helpful with suggestions ahead of time and while we were there. He was also very responsive to any questions or left us a nice welcome gift of local items upon our arrival. Our family had a great time at this property and found it to be a perfect location to explore the Madalena end of the island as well as...

"The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. "Excellent experience during our 4 day stay at this property. Wife and 2 kids (12 & 8 years old) had an amazing time in this apartment. The views are breathtaking from the deck side of the apartment (some of the best on the island). Bedrooms are very spacious with tons of storage closet storage space. Bathrooms are well appointed and the open style of the kitchen/dining/living room allows you to really appreciate the views. Owner provided access to iron/ironing board/washer/dryer and even...

"Von den 4 Unterkünften, die wir in diesem Urlaub auf den Azoren hatten, ist dies die Einzige, die wir nicht empfehlen können. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Wohnung war also kalt und klamm, in den Schränken und Kommoden riecht es modrig. Erst auf Nachfrage...

"The basic necessities are provided; beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Need to Whatsapp owner to get information to get onto the property because messaging in Portugese otherwise. Property said air conditioning but the air conditioning was broken. It was cool enough though so not a problem. Walkable to the ocean and natural pool and nice restaurant down the street. It is located in Sao Roque which is in the middle of the island so nothing is far away if you are driving. Parking ample...

"Bem localizado, junto a Porto Pim e ao centro da Horta. Oferece um bom pequeno almoço, serviço de parking incluido e uma boa vista para o Pico se tiver a sorte de ficar num dos quartos virados para a frente. O staff é bastante simpático. Penso que o hotel precisa de remodelação para se modernizar - alcatifa e quartos com madeira escura já não se usam, apesar de os quartos serem confortáveis. Mas acaba por ter um ar já datado, e que não combina já com a recepção, restaurante e bar. Outro ponto é o horário do ginásio, que não se percebe abrir só às 10h da manhã. "
