I've stayed many times, including in this room, previously I've been fine. There was no sound insulation between my rooms and the room above. I stayed for two nights and was woken my someone thundering around above me like an elephant at 5 am both mornings. Awful.

We took our little dog with us and the only place we could eat whilst with her was the conservatory. DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway
Hotel was nice and welcome was good. I was rudely awaken at 5am in my room from the sound of deliveries and recycling glass bottles which is awful considering the reason we use hotels is to sleep. It has completely ruined my day with work due to tiredness I am now facing. Not one at all
