"Great"

"This property technically had everything we needed. With kids and dogs, the fenced yard would have been great. Except the yard is in terrible condition. The back patio furniture is covered in cobwebs and it’s clear nobody has spent any time or care in either the front yard or the backyard in a very long time. The backyard grass is crunchy and wasps were constantly swarming the yard so our kids could not take advantage of the large yard. The house has all the right rooms and space for a family....

"An absolute dream stay and the ultimate home base for our girls' trip to Boise! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental for our group getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed the space is. The hosts truly thought of everything, they even provided sunscreen, which was a lifesaver for our river float day! The layout of the home was ideal for our group, striking the perfect balance of being spacious enough that everyone had...

"Clean house very big and close to stores only, great service easy check in and check out"

"Very comfortable home in a great location for sightseeing in the treasure valley. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

"This house is exactly as listed and in great neighborhood. The house has all the amenity’s for a comfortable stay. We would recommend to stay here when ever in the area."

"The outdoor furniture and carpet appeared sorliled and stained. The kitchen was minimally stocked with not enough flatware. TV room TV didn't work and room was messy on arrival. Light next to the master bed doesn't work and the ceiling fan in the living room doesn't work . the flies we're unbearable with no screen door on the patio. The house is a nice size and comfortable layout."

"The house is very cute and the neighborhood and location are very nice. The only problem we had was that the third sleeping space (the loft) was EXTREMELY hot. It was unusable in July, even after the AC in the main room ran for quite a while. We had five people in our party and needed that sleeping space, so had to put one person on the couch. This was not the end of the world, but the listing did not mention anything about this possibility and I probably would not have chosen this property if I...

"The property was immaculate and in a quiet great location. The communication was excellent and they provided everything needed for the rental. Will definitely book again as needed. Thank you."
