With room for 8 guests, direct water access, and a private boat slip, this is where lake memories are made!



The Space:

Spread across three levels designed for comfort, privacy and easy lake living — offering stunning views of the water and the iconic lighthouse from every floor!



This family-friendly townhouse features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor, giving your group plenty of room to spread out and settle in.



The main level features the primary living spaces and a full bath just off the kitchen — perfect for rinsing off after a day on the water. This level also features a spacious balcony furnished with plush seating and outdoor dining – ideal for relaxing mornings, cozy evenings, and everything in between!



Upstairs, two bedrooms share a thoughtfully designed Jack-and-Jill bath with separate vanities and a spacious walk-in shower.



Downstairs, the bunk room opens to a lower-level deck with seating and easy waterfront access—great for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and heading to the private boat slip.



You’ll have WiFi, multiple flat-screen TVs, and board games for downtime. A private washer and dryer make lake days simple. Outside, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy relaxed meals by the water. Use the paddleboard and floating mat for fun on water right off the dock!

• Guest Access: Guests may use all areas of the townhome. Guests do not have access to HSB resort amenities/pools or Yacht Club pool unless they are members, but they do have access to resort restaurants and rentals at the marina.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (upper level – primary): King bed, blackout shades, sleeps 2; connects to Jack-and-Jill bath via private vanity area.

• Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, blackout shades, sleeps 2; connects to Jack-and-Jill bath via its own vanity area.

• Bedroom 3 (lower level – bunk room): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twins total that can take adults), blackout shades, sleeps 4 with ensuite Bathroom



Bathrooms

• Upstairs Jack-and-Jill Bath: Separate vanity areas for each upstairs bedroom with storage; shared walk-in shower with sliding glass door and waterfall/handheld heads; shared toilet.

• Main-Level Bath: Full bath off the kitchen with walk-in shower (sliding glass door) and waterfall/handheld head.

• Lower-Level Bath: Full bath with standing shower (sliding glass door) and waterfall/handheld head.



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home, and stairs are required to access bedrooms and some living spaces.

• Parking: You have two dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the unit labeled “Reserved D.” These are the only guaranteed spots for the condo; additional parking is not assured.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Remember this is a lakeside property, so there may be insects and spiders etc.!

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
