They advised they would send maintenance, which they did, however they used a chemical with a very strong and unpleasant smell. I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged. I would have expected the hotel to offer a room change before carrying out maintenance, rather than us needing to ask. The breakfast was also disappointing. The...

"The room was clean, but oh so tired. The sheer curtain was ripped, but we had the blackout curtains closed most of the time anyway. The bathroom door could do with some attention, and maybe an exhaust fan? However, considering the price, it served it's purpose, didn't affect our stay, and wouldn't stop us staying there again. "
