There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), bedside tables, lamps, a large wardrobe with ample storage space, and access to a south/west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture.

The hallway includes a coat rack and shoe cabinet. The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a tall oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, rain shower, and heated towel rail.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. Parking space number 87 is included with the apartment.
