Arrive, relax, and enjoy Sylt: The Senhüs is a high-end vacation home, newly built in 2025, located on the upper Dünenweg in Hörnum. Spanning a generous 168 m² across three floors, this stylish end-of-row home offers plenty of space for up to six people, featuring a well-thought-out design, high-quality materials, and plenty of room to relax.

Modern living meets Sylt’s cozy charm

As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, light-filled living and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and invites you to cook together, while you plan the next day of your vacation in the cozy sofa corner.

A special highlight for cozy evenings is the wood-burning stove. Through the large windows, the living area opens directly onto the terrace and the lovingly landscaped garden. Here you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning, soak up the sun, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private sauna

The Senhüs also prioritizes comfort when it comes to sleeping: Three stylishly furnished bedrooms with high-quality double beds and hypoallergenic bedding are spread across the lower and upper levels. The bedroom on the lower level features a walk-in closet and is located right next to the spacious bathroom with its own sauna.

Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, as well as a third bedroom and an additional modern shower room. Bright rooms, windows in all bathrooms, and high-quality materials create a pleasant living atmosphere throughout.

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation

The Senhüs offers everything that makes a perfectly enjoyable Syltvacation: free Wi-Fi, four TVs, a washer and dryer, in-floor heating, a heat pump, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private parking space is available for your arrival, including a free electric vehicle charging station right next to the house.

Hörnum right on your doorstep

The Senhüs’s location is just as special as the house itself. On Oberer Dünenweg, you’ll enjoy a quiet and pleasantly secluded stay, yet the West Beach is just a short walk away. The nearby harbor steps lead down to the harbor, the East Beach, and on to the town center.

And perhaps your day of vacation will begin here with a very special Sylt wake-up call: the horns of the ships from Hörnum Harbor.
